All delivery times apply only if the order is made prior to 2pm that day. Most of our parcels are shipped with Royal Mail, with the exception of larger items (such as racks, bars, and bigger bags), which will be shipped with DHL on a next-day service.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are buying from overseas (including EU countries in the aftermath of Brexit) you won't be charged UK VAT but you will be liable for VAT/Sales Tax and any applicable Import Duties/Taxes/Admin fees when your parcel reaches your country.

We are very happy to accept returns, whether there's a problem with the item or you've simply changed your mind. Simply parcel it up and post it right back to us at the shop address:
If an item is faulty, missing something, or we've sent you the wrong thing - first of all, sincerest apologies - please do drop us an email or give us a ring, and we'll have a tracked, paid-for returns label sent out to you, either digitally or hard-copy. Alternatively, if you're close by, you can just swing by the shop and we'll get you sorted pronto.
