Allygn says.....The Grill Rack is the slightly more offroad version of our rack designs. The Grill is still very compact in size but features a little more loading capacity then the more racy Diamond Front Rack. Made from high end 25CrMo4 super thin wall tubing (0.8mm), for a lightweight but yet still very robust and sturdy rack.

The Grill Rack allows you to carry a handlebar bag, a sleeping bag or a sixer... whatever it takes to improve your bikepacking or randonneuring adventure.
Comes with fully adjustable 270mm stays for fork lowrider eyelet or canti stud mounting.

(Bikemonger Note: You can fit them to canti bosses. However there's no instructions included for doing this. It requires a bit of bending and drilling and Allygn says 'We do not show it in the manual as this only suitable for more skilled bike mechanics'. Drop us an email if you'd like advice on how it's done)

Extra long 415mm stays for dropout mounting available now as well. (Bikemonger Note: If you'd like long stays just add a note in the comments section when you order and we'll swap them for you.)

Attention: Please check before your order if your fork has a front forkcrown drilling or eyelet / thread! Please also check if your front fork crown eyelet / drilling is M6 (bolts included). Some forks may have a M5 eyelet, suitable bolts can be added to your delivery, just drop us a message.

You'll also need either fork dropout mounts (long stays), or mid fork leg lowrider mounts, anything cage mounts or cantilever brake bosses (short stays) for installing this rack.

The rack is designed to work best on headangles from 71°to 73°. Shallower angles may work as well, depending on fork length and wheel / tire size.

Warning: On carbon forks please make sure with the manufacturer of the fork that the mounting points are suitable and safe for rack installation. We do not take any responsibility for fork failures or other damage.
